What Can I Return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.
At RockAutospare, we strive to provide high-quality auto parts and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Authorized Returns: Returns must be approved before shipping them back. Contact our support
- Payment information (processed securely by third-party payment processors) team to initiate a return.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Electrical parts (e.g., sensors, alternators, ECU modules) due to the risk of installation damage.
- Special order parts or custom-made products.
- Installed or used parts that show signs of wear, modification, or damage.
- Parts without original packaging or missing components.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact Us – Email or call us with your order details to request a return authorization.
- Step 2: Pack the Item – Securely pack the part in its original packaging to prevent damage.
- Step 3: Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your data in the following cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party partners (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, to protect our rights, or in case of fraud prevention.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Partial Refunds: A restocking fee of 10-25% may apply for non-defective returns.
